Instruments & Bows

All non-defective instruments or bows are backed by our 30-day money back guarantee. These items must be returned in "as new" condition.

Otherwise, repair costs or depreciation due to damage may be charged. If you have received a damaged or defective instrument or bow,

please contact our Customer Service Department at sales@floraparts.net for a replacement and return instructions.

Instruments Parts

All non-installed instrument parts must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Installed instrument parts are not returnable unless defective.

If deemed defective, these parts must be returned within 30 days of installation, for replacement only, up to one year from purchase.
